Deep, concentrated flavors, but still so light and fresh. Just wonderful. 2017 drunk in 2021.

1.5L. Somewhat excessively horsey on opening, but on night three its come into its own. Bloody, steamy, juicy.

Earthen and meaty with some pulpy fruit underneath. Tasty - 2013

I like this wine but wow for those Brett hunters this will be a field day for them - but even with the Brett this wine works gamey fruit spice - I wonder how this will age but for me a interesting wine

17.5 Has it all - forward nose, great fruit, some complexity, long. Could last 5 more years, but that’s not what I drink Morgon for. Perfect with poussin and calcots.

This was good, but my mute palate has a hard time with nuance in these wines. Don’t get me wrong, great wine, but probably needed more decant or something. For the purported “value” of this, I would rather buy the single vintage Thivin wines all day long
