Crimson core with garnet edges. Some softer dark fruits with some basil and bell peppers on the nose. Moderate tannins (5/10) with some great moderate acidity. Black cherries and some light vegetal notes like bell peppers. Slight plums in the undertones. Moderate body and finish. One of the better 2011s. Drink till 2022.
