Unsurprisingly 2014 and 2017 are two of my absolute favorite recent vintages from Ramonet and 17 is simply stunning tonight, rich, powerful, yet focused and incisive wafting from the glass showing all the signatures, rich and defined orchard fruit, spearmint, toasted almond and white flowers. The palate is expansive with immense concentration, a satiny texture and chiseled minerality. A simply complete white burgundy and one of Grand Cru quality. Amazing wine.
