The middle of this wine is the part to catch. It starts fast with fresh, tasty red fruit & ends on a dry acidic lingering note which makes you want to dive back in quickly. The middle with all the nuance is the slower part & draws you all the way in. Like the Largo in Vivaldi's Winter. Just delightful.

Dark, concentrated, and gritty gamay. Earth, dark fruit, bretty tones. Crazy amount of sediment in the bottle
