Utterly forgettable. No flavor, no charm, could be the vintage.

First Beaujolais. Floral and earthy. Mild on the nose, beautiful plum color.

Pale ruby hue. Aromas and flavors of bread, cherry, strawberry, toast, and vanilla. Medium-minus body; medium-minus tannins; and medium-plus acidity. Ripe, fresh, fruity bouquet on the nose; a smooth mouthfeel; and a short, easy finish. Simple and straightforward.

Smooth and delicate to taste. Earthy, sweet(hint of cherries), floral, and great for the summer. Though there’s nothing quite remarkable about it. I enjoyed it thoroughly with rosemary chicken and greens. It paired very well. It would go great with a fresh salad. Lightly chilled on a hot summer day! ✨

My first #beaujolaisvillages - once it warms up from cold to cool, smells of distant cherry pie with faint baking spices, keen acidity in the palate, a delicate frame around muted oak and soft tannins against a quick finish. When drank too cold it still paired really nicely on a sweltering Texas summer afternoon with grilled cheese burgers. Though not the most expressive example, nice QPR for $14 at Total Wine

LOVE this - so fresh and zippy. Feels a few steps away from Lambrusco almost. I wish I’d chilled it!
