Beaujolais Special Selection Gamay

Lovely ruby gem color.
The nose gives sweet and herbal notes,
Intense structure for a medium body is emphasized with bright fruitiness. Definitely would be appropriate chilled and aerated.
Paired with charcuterie meat and havarti.
You gotta really love Beaujolais to feel appropriately satisfied by the price.

A bit sharp. Otherwise fruit-forward and fresh. Perhaps I could’ve put a bit more chill on my bottle.

Always enjoy a nice Beaujolais during the holiday season.... particularly when it is cold outside. Rich Ripe bing cherries, raspberries, fresh cut strawberries, and earthy notes. Decent wine from Burgundy for $10.
