Kola nut & with a touch of brisket & BBQ or HP brown sauce along with forest floor and a smattering of red berry fruit, has interest. Palate is too austere lacks any breath and is quite scrawny though still has some vibrancy to the acidity on the finish though too much oak dryness.

Good. This wine could use a decanting which I did after the first pour. Served with breaded pork cutlet, Annie’s white cheddar Mac and cheese and steamed broccoli with American cheese.

Shy classic Pinot nose with cherry, metal, earth and a touch of smoke. Easy palate with strawberry and an acid backbone that goes a long way. Pointy tannins on the way and an unbalanced, unfinished business feeling there. Not unforgettable

Tons of oak in this one, nice acidity and sunflower aromas. Works well as an everyday food wine.
