Les Ursulines Bourgogne Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of vanilla, white flowers and garden spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with vanilla and earthy mineral spice.

This wine from Jean-Claude Boisset is named after the convent that was present at their site until the revolution; the color; nose and taste are true to the region of the nights of St George, but with a simple overall feel to it all.

2010, French, Lux cap = trend setter.

I guessed that 'Ursulines' meant little beats and was given props for it. Turns out it's an order of nuns. Cool story but not great juice.
