Oh c'est délicieux! Dry, high Acidity with a firm body and a very mineral salty finish... that wine has a strong personality and presence...went well with a traditional French onion soup (made with comté) oh let it breath for a couple of hours before serving... you will be rewarded ;)

Very unique. Complex, goes well with hard cheese, nuts etc. not for everyone but I'm a fan!
