Little too much funk for my taste

Even I can easily finish a whole bottle on my own at this alcohol level (10,5%). Ultimate light mouthfeel but full of subtle flavors.

Fransk vin. Italiensk flod. Nævn en mere ikonisk duo. Perfekt plumret poulsard. Jordbær. Tændstik. Perfekt balance mellem syre og sødme. Uhlala. (La Part de Anges, Nice, 33 euro).

Helt suveræn Poulsard. Reduktive skovjordbær og mentol. Helt på højde med og næsten bedre end den ultimative favoritvin Tournelle's L'uva. 🤔😍

Every day is a new day. Especially today.

Black cherry/cranberry. Lower acid. Light bodied. Ghostly tannins. Little bit of candied fruit. No bathroom stall though.

Perfect. Everything I like in Poulsard. When it’s good it’s my favorite grape. Earthy, light, cloudy, funky, turbid. Changes quickly. Reduction and then becomes a bit tannic but not too much.
