Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Lucien Albrecht pioneered Crémant production in 1971 and helped gain an Appellation Contrôlêe for the wine and for Alsace. Pale Salmon, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh red fruit with yeasty notes. On the palate ripe strawberry flavors, bright acidity, dry with mineral tones. Medium finish with good balance ending with fruit, mineral and yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative!

I might not know it was rosé if blind tasted and I might not mind. But it DOES have that berry thing. Barely but just enough. It is cherry-berry it is mineral it is just fun. And white peaches and salt. And thyme. Hmm. It’s someone to hang out with when you need a friend also when that friend needs to...be food friendly and if your friends don’t like food I’d be concerned.

A solid rose sparkling from Alsace. Again, don’t start drinking it nearly frozen. Let it come to 40+ degrees and then attack as the strawberries and slight tannins will not show up unless you do. A value buy which is nice but I do feel like many of the mid-summer sparkling rose from other regions top this. Was fun anyway.

Like an apple cider ale. Nothing offensive about this wine. Light, effervescent, not overly sweet. Its great for the summer. I loved it

Consistent and good. Nice balance of fruit and acid flavors. Touch of strawberry and very slight raspberry.
