JC has yet to disappoint! Pairs well with steak, marinara (or your favorite sauce), and even cheesecake! Since everyone's palate is different, you may taste different flavors, but I found currant, black cherry, and spices.

Chocolate covered cherries and slightly dry on the nose. Viscous on the pallet smooth finish not your typical Pinot Noir slightly disappointed

Deep garnet with fuchsia highlights. Earthy berry aroma. Medium-light mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, slightly earthy ripe red fruit, beautiful sapidity. Lingering, suede leather tannin, toasty oak finish. I think this vintage will really benefit from another year or two in the bottle, but it has plenty of structure to age well beyond 2018.
