15’ Jax Y3 Chardonnay. Much better than Jax Dutton Ranch Chardonnay. This one is not a heavyweight ...much more balanced then the more expensive Dutton Ranch. And at $13 dollars 👍

Very crisp with a refreshing acidity. Develops a bit as it warms and takes on some additional complexity. I like these Y3 wines. Goes nicely with the stir fry.
