Opened this bottle 3 days ago and only drank a few ounces out before recorking. I thinks it's actually only gotten better. Green and yellow just ripe apples, fresh lemon juice, little bit of toast, peach and pear juice. Opening up with some tasty salinity.
Not bad at all for 3.50 euro bottle.
