Needed a long time to come around, but when it did- wow. Big and ripe. Alcohol slightly evident. I don't have any more, but if I did I would wait a year or two to open.

Wow, blackberry jam on the nose upon opening. Wonderful balance and smooth tannins. Should go perfect with Father's Day Ribeye Feast!

Minty, yet dense dark plummy aromas that show hints of cocoa and exotic spice. Very ripe, velvety and spicy on the palate. Blackcurrant fruit dominates and falls short with abrupt mouth drying tannin.

Just rerated to 99 points,
I say somewhere in between, actually now with air its worse, 91-93 was closer to the truth, most disappointing 99 point wine I've had,
