One of the great St. Aubins. Sick nose of confectionery green apple, iodine, flowers, smells like elite Chasssagne. Deep and very aromatic nose. So expressive. The green apple is so vivid. Fresh and a hint of candied. Wow what a palate just a rocket of acidity, green apple, lime zest and hint of spree, candied apple skin and intense florals plus minerality. Awesome sweetness and depth. What length and poise. This is wake me up before you go go white burgundy. Fantastic finish and stunning purity.

A great wine. Nose is god like mineral perfume. Crushed rocks. Lime zest. So mineral. Wafting. Confectionary lime rock candy. Layered. Palate is dense and chewy with terrific elegance and superb structure and concentration. Amazingly pure. Such balance. Incredible depth and a tight mineral core that will make this a great ager. Unreal explosiveness and complexity. So juicy and refined. Amazing length. Just a stunning wine. Superb mineral sweetness on the finish. This is elite as it gets in St. aubin.

Punchy, pungent kiwi, grapefruit, green pea and honeydew melon. Almost ethereal yet biting. Seems like this is on the brink of drinking extremely well, but my plan is to wait 3-5 years on the next bottle.

St Aubin can be hit and miss. This is hit. The richness of this Aoc is tempered by the janotsbos mineral and acidic style.

Nose is densely mineral. Like dark stones if that makes sense. Some citrus oil. Very very nice.

Palate has that st Aubin richness. Dense. But balanced by dense minerality. Juicy. Long. Very good deliciousness. Amazing balanced juicy fruit. Blood orange peel. Minerals are more stream bed round stones. I’d make a haiku about them but I’ve had too much wine.

Very good 1er cru. Lacks elite complexity to be better than that but a spectacular drink. Other than jj morel in a good year (which is black magic good) best st Aubin I’ve had.

Oh so good. Still kicking. Don't know how long it will last but I say it's drinking brilliantly right now! ;)

A little richer than the typical St Aubin. Nice.
