Palate has under-ripe pineapple, warm yellow apple, neutral oak, lingering minerals.
Definitely a young wine with lots of potential, looking forward to resampling this in 3+ years.

Nose shows some of the ripened of 2015. Big Apple and pear fruit. Mineral and full of sunshine. Palate is ripe but energetic and very mineral. Good big ripe Chardonnay fruit and lovely purity but yes this is ripe.
