This is getting a big rating from me because of the quality to cost ratio. Low budget, high reward. Smells sweet (honey) but finishes dry with nice effervescence alongside brioche and quince.

Bright apple and some lime, great acid backing up. Some oxidation on nose? Slight creaminess on finish but a total ride on the bright fruit train. Apples, citrus fruits, touch of cream & great acid.
Can't imagine what it would have been 7 years prior. Probably take you to the dentist to clean your teeth and then give you a backhanded slap across the face.
