Wish I had spent time with this over the course of the night. Extremely complex and somewhat compact at first w/ big, powerful fruit showing through with some air. But it all comes out elegantly and I had the feeling it would get much better over the course of 4-5 hours.

D: 03/13. Knock your socks off stuff; deep golden brown; Pinot Noir tangy ness rounded into almost cane sugar. Contemplative wine - so interesting to try first time and it be fairly aged.

Funky and savoury, full flavoured champagne. Not your typical champagne as it has many flavours. The acidity blends perfectly with the savoury flavours. It gets more savoury with warmth but I feel that I prefer the balance when chilled.
