Smell of raw beef prevails against an underripe strawberry edge that never relinquishes its minerally, and sour blood orange core! Deceptively delicate, yet ready to hold its own wrassling rare beef! Giddyap, and yee-haw, and buongiorno! Spaghetti westerns here I come! Via the French Alps of course!!!
