Clos de la Maréchale Nuits Saint-Georges 1er Cru Blanc Chardonnay

Fantastic texture and depth.

In fine form, showing beautiful salinity and balance of fruit and spice. Wonderful expression of the 2014 vintage. No rush to drink this but in a tasty spot.

Thus started us off from @Joe Lucca it was a little cold at first and not giving up much. With warmth and air it delivered strong 💪🏽 perfection paired with oysters.

It’s rare to find a white wine from Nuits Saint Georges out here!

Very soft, smooth and gentle.

This one was flat. These bottles suffer from a crazy amount of variation. 50% of them are absolutely spectacular and the other half are flat and relatively lifeless.

Usually this is a 9.0 wine but this wine has crazy bottle variation. This was flat and lacking the acidity and minerality that it usually has.
