Much better than I was expecting. Great any day drinking.

Pale yellow in colour. On the nose it’s dry apricots, peaches, lemon. Taste is long and lingering, surprising not too dry. A little sweetness with a nice tart bite at the end. Clean, crisp finish and should go well with seafood pasta or fish dishes. Classic Chardonnay.

Honeysuckle, pear, melon, biscuit aroma; soft melon fruit, butter, a suggestion of cinnamon, healthy acid.
