Brunello di Montalcino

Deep ruby-garnet color; nose of ripe red cherries and plums, dried herbs but not very exciting; on palate dry and concentrated, with firm fine tannins and a long ok finish. Not the best showing of a -15.

Brunello is indeed one of my favourite red wines. The one is even from one of the years that stand out. I recommend it whole heartedly. 29/9-2025
