Feb 23rd, 2017Blinded, confused. Tasted like a very lean sherry, but too low alcohol to be fortified. From Burgundy? I guess somewhere around Chablis. Shit! It's Chablis.

Feb 4th, 2015Tasted blind. No one could guess. Maderized, oxidized, but with all of the Chablis acidity. Interesting and unique. Not my style but "it is where it's supposed to be," said Mark Bright so I guess it is et voilà!

May 28th, 2020From Victoria: savory notes and salty tang, green apples, minerals and butter, with a nice warming finish. As a side note, it really tastes like a grand cru gruyere when you first open it.

Nov 21st, 2018Odd combination of buttery chard, crisp citrus and rhone/Burgundy earthiness. Not a bad wine but the combination made it tough to pair with dinner. Much more interesting to just sip and enjoy on it's own.
