New Year’s Eve 2021 wine purchased from Esters Wine Bar in Santa Monica, CA as part of their countdown to 2021 pack.

A single harvest blended with 50% reserve wines. 7 crus from Coteaux Sud d’Epernay Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs, vines average 40 years of age.
Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir.
Dosage: 2.5 g/L
EtOH: 12.5%

Brilliant soft effervescence. Notes of brioche, citrus, peach, white cherry, green apple, straw, wet stone

Gorgeous, subtle, strawberry and melon aroma.

Bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose opens with fragrant notes of white fruits and flowers, citrus scents and hint of bread dough. Nicely dry, soft finish, well balanced, elegant but also substantial.
