Signature Paso Robles Caberner Sauvignon

Blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, and 2% Saint Macaire aged 19 months in 100% new French oak. Malbec adds structure and Saint-Macaire adds a savory character. Ruby with bright purple hues, aromas of black fruits, spice and hints of sweetness. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and currants with licorice, cacao, slighty floral and savory herbs. Fine tannins, still a bit tight, long finish ending with fruit, spice and savory mineral character.

Little on dry end

Oak, charcoal, and blackberry. Rich and deep.

Yep that good! Beautiful crushed fruit and cedar nose. Black currant and black cherry fruit. Soft , tight, pepper and leather finish. VERY good!

Great Cabernet, ticks all the boxes. Full bodied, well balanced blend of fruit, vanilla and oak, perhaps some chocolate and cola in the background, good mix of dry tannins and sweetness on the finish. Will buy another bottle if there’s one left, no better recommendation than that.
