Pleasant enough with nice black fruit flavor, although lacking any real complexity. Also a bit hot at first but that may have been the warm temperature of both the restaurant and the wine.

Nice bargain cab. Prefer Josh Cellars by a slight margin. Fruity and smooth, but with a thin and shorter finish.

Not a wine person normally drink rye or whisky. This was one of the first reds I really like when I started to drink red wines. Go to Cabernet, good value! To me it feels medium to full bodied. If you like Cab Sauv, can’t go wrong with this one.
