Cherry, raspberry, cranberry, currant, loamy earth, vanilla and oak. Light-bodied and moderate tannins.

Wow, special stuff. Ruby red, moderately extracted pigment. Barrel smoke in nose. After five minutes, strawberry flavor emerges, followed by cherry and briar, black currant and barrel wood finish, strawberry jam aftertaste. A hint of dill emerges in finish after an hour. Slight seed bitterness and skin astringency, light bright acidity spritzed with strawberry seed flavor in the aftertaste. A stellar Oregon Pinot that defies many of the stereotypes of what an Oregon Pinot ought to be.

Volcanic soils - rich, Burgundian

Deep rust, cherry coke on the nose and palate, well balanced

Rich and complex taste. Jammy texture.

Meaty and substantial. Cherry and raspberry. A bit of astringency on the finish. Deep red almost brownish in color.

Reminds me more of a Burgundy than a US Pinot Noir. Lovely wine. Black tea, cherry, strawberry.
