@오스테리아샘킴, 소꼬리 라구 파스타와 함께한 DOCG등급의 끼안티 클라시코! 첫 모금에 새콤함이 확 느껴지는 게, 새콤달콤의 ‘새콤’만 빨아먹는 느낌이었다. 피니시까지 아주 신선한 산미가 느껴지는 그야말로 이탈리아 와인! 입맛을 돋우는 데는 물론이고 식사 중간중간 미감을 일깨워주는 느낌이라 마음에 들었다.
