SO much fruit, very fresh though. A touch of oak spice. Easy going delicious Pinot with lots of flavor at 13.9%

High alcohol for an Oregon Pinot. Fruity and peppery. Let breathe and opens up to a smoother more well balanced fruit forward traditional Oregon Pinot. Tannins soften.

Day 2: aromatics are lifted with strong floral characteristics, red cherry, and tar. Fresh red cherry and apple skin abound on the palate with softened tannins and a touch of chalk to finish. Well done.

Started a little edgy with possibilities for a bigger Pinot; :-( became cloying.

Excellent pinor noir. Paul giamatti would like this. Fruity, especially cherries.

Fruit from the Rogue River Valley and a few sites farther north. Splits the difference between more austere Willamette Valley qualities and richer California characteristics. Black cherries, baking spices and balanced tannins. Would love to see more Southern Oregon producers try PNs.

Met a lovely older couple at the bar here and they ended up covering my meal(!). Art behind the bar makes a mean Bloody Mary too.
