Manhatann soaked cherries, slight smoke and lively bead of iodine. Finishes with spice and grilled plum.

Great crowd pleaser. Deep pink, somewhat coral colored in the glass...enticing. Ocean air, cream and tropics on the nose. Light on the front of the palate, gains traction on the mid and back of the palate flashing lime and red fruits. Brisk finish that shows the round tannins and acidity.

Okay: so this went remarkably well with Mexican food. Full flavored and bodied. Bright red fruit flavors.

A terrific follow up to the Joy! we had to begin the evening. Five of us made sure we needed something more with the meal. The Iron Horse Brut Rosé has long been one of my favorites. If I dared to compare them, I’d say this wine more than held its own.

LW thinks we might have held it a bit too long. I thought it was just fine.

Immediately on the pop, soft scents of roses, orange peel, a hint of grapefruit came rushing from the bottle. Wine has a fine, delicate mousse. I poured it a bit too cold, but I'm still getting lots of sour cherry and sour raspberry on the tongue. The bubbles dance across the entire pallet. This wine has a beautiful, deep mid palate with flavors going to all edges. Can't wait for this to warm up just a bit to release other aromatics! A perfect accompaniment for my vegetarian Thanksgiving!
