This was a powerful, well-structured cuvée with an intense core of dark fruit: blackberry, cassis, black cherry, and some tart cranberry. This one continued to develop days after opening, with the final glass being the most satisfying. Unopened, it could have continued ageing in the bottle for another 6-7 years! 50% Merlot, 30% Carinyena, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. 8/7/22.

May 19th, 2020Great wine. Big and powerful, favoring acidity but balanced. Complex with a range of flavor, running the gambit of red and black fruit, some candied, some tart, along with spice, especially black pepper. Crazy value for $19.
