Consistently excellent, this Merlot.has a full body with bright acidity. Dark currant and dark chocolate flavors dominate with a tingly pop rocks finish.

Very nice wine, great flavor, good full bodied wine, finish is smooth and tasty, aroma is very nice also. I was nicely surprised!

The bouquet has dark currants and oak, but the flavors are layered, with bright currants initially leading into mildly chewy coffee and cherry flavors. The finish is equally complex, with some thick tannins but some tingly acidity lingering on. I stocked up on a number of extra bottles 🍷😻

Dec 14th, 2016So. Much. Fruit! Bright cherries, ripe blueberries, slightly tart currants ... an amazing effort, outdoing the superlative 2013 vinyl rage. Even more excellent is the fact that this wine is quite young - lay it down for two years and impress your friends.
