Crisp, bright citrus dominates this sauv blanc. Oh, there's the usual grass and dill and assertive acidity, but even after 10 sips, I still feel like I'm getting socked in the mouth with a bag of lemons. But in a good way.

This is a well crafted, inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc that is indicative of many of the Marlborough greats that I've had, but considerably cheaper! Drinking it in a New England spring (mud season) it has me longing for summer with its honeysuckle nose and fruit forward taste of late season green apple and tart citrus. This wine absolutely bursts with character.
