A. Fine. Pinot. Noir. 2011 Thorn Ridge opened June 21st, 2017. Lov-ly. Floral mushroom, cool climate delicate fresh tanned leather. There's an herbal note that is that 6th gear in a 5 gear race car. The still present tannin structure fades gently. This is serious shit people. This wine makes the argument that cold, foggy, Burgundian-style summers make. The. Finest. Pinot. Noir.
