2013 in late 2017. Initial, cold pour: Nice. On its last leg of this tasty journey. No pepper rather dark, polished black fruit with solid core of American wood. Moderately boozy for zin. As it warms in glass, more soft plum fruit appears along with slightly worn leather saddle and Safeway cola. — 8 years ago

A 12 year old Syrah that could have gracefully gone another 4-6 seasons in bottle. Tannins were harsh and gripping initially, but after the first half of Bachelor in Paradise, the wine opened up and flowered. Nailed the acids. Smoke, Clove, aged tobacco and balanced oak work their way out of the glass. More gritty earth, clove and soft, worn lederhosen fill the mouth. This wine was very tasty. — 8 years ago

Along with the beautiful package, One Finds a deliciously, crisp. super floral. pretty well balanced dry white wine. Most of our friends would find it “too austere with its racy acidity circling around the outskirts. I love this wine. #Hammered — 6 years ago

Lovely. 9 year old wine hitting a stride. Deep dark, warm leather, tannins are now fuzzy and fun. Silky release. Pleasant horse stable and a soft earthy ride finishes with clove, dusty dried fruit and something else I can’t figure out. I ran out of wine! — 8 years ago

This is serious Pinot Noir. A decade old and its still vibrant, brimming with electricity. Bottle bouquet has added the most subtle earthy, forest floor as if we were walking through a damp redwood grove in November just outside of Philo. Although not shy, this is not a slutty Pinot, you know the kind... as it decants and warms on the kitchen table, floral ripe raspberry and well-worn French wood grip the Spring Strawberry lingering long on the finish. This wine is fully integrated and tasting damn yummy. That’s a fancy wine term. Try and keep up, mmm k. Just kidding. I love this wine. — 7 years ago

Pleasant. Very tasty. 2014 has the on-point balance between apricot, pear and juicy honeysuckle. The fruit meets the present, yet gentle toasty vanilla at the crossroads of dinner and put the kids down for bed and get naked and go-in-the-hot tub. — 8 years ago

Really enjoyed this wine. Lake County fruit packed full of spice and black pepper. Not a lot of berry in this swarthy, lean expression of Mouved and I like that. Meat, spice and earthy prune round it out. Glad I bought 6. I think the production was under 150 cases. Some truffle floats up after swallowing. — 8 years ago
