We picked this Ingoldby McLaren Vale Shiraz up from Liqourland for $15 to satisfy our late night red wine craving recently. As you do when a bottle shop is in walking distance!
Velvet plum colour on the eye with aromas of blackcurrant, black jelly beans and subtle fennel on the nose. The palate is smooth and thirst quenching with soft tannins and a mouth watering juicy berry finish. Not bad for a midweek quaffer!

Takes a while to open up, but still maintains decent tanins. Mechanics workshop to the nose initially, but when left to time finds its place with slight vanillins, and a hint of jasmine
