Ineditos (Matias Michelini)
Via Revolucionaria Brutal Torrontés
(2013) It's all peach and flowers on the nose but the first sip smacks you in the face with a bitter citrus peel flavor. Oaky smoke but astringent with stone fruit and herbs. It's so balanced it almost resembles a well crafted cocktail more than wine.

May 8th, 2015Nose is like a dessert wine: full of peach, apricot, and candies nuts. Palate is more reserved but in the same profile, adding some floral notes like chamomile and jasmine. Not sweet; medium acidity.

Apr 20th, 2021Has the complexity of a desert wine and smells of peaches, but has a fresh floral taste with lingering sweetness. Nice to accompany pasta.

Feb 16th, 2020Overwhelming bee pollen, a sweet rawness in the bouquet. Clementines. The childhood memory of the fragrance of running through an unkempt garden. Rose thorns.
Intense minerality. Limestone. Soil that births luscious fruit. The musk of nature, starting with a tangerine envelope of flavor and ending with a distinct pungency of grapefruit.
First had this at Loring Place in the West Village. Love it at home, too.
