Another Trader Joe's experiment. Enjoyable and def. Chianti, nicely done. A little ripe, but good cherries & some tobacco. Bargain.

Solid yet unspectacular Chianti. Light, almost to the point of being watery, but plenty of characteristic acid. Lots of earth, mushroom, leather, and cranberry.

Not too shabby, with a healthy acidity, and enough cranberry and black currant flavors to make it go down easy. Some earth and Roma tomato on the finish made it a decent pairing with arrabiata sauce.
