Hand picked grapes from steep blue slate slopes of Mosel. Riesling. Creamy mid palate, perfect dosage and more minerals than 9th grade earth science.

Neuro reunion dinner at Agave 10/13/18. Interesting Riesling sparkling that's Brut. Good structure and interesting bready notes on palate. Good finish. Capped with champagne closure and left in fridge for over a week. Finished 10/24/18. Bubbles mostly gone but the remaining wine is wonderful. Almost better without the sharpness from bubbles. Upping a point. Disgorgement date 7/14/17.

88 vintage - 27 years young. Huge petrol nose tamed after 20 minutes of air. So full of life. Fantastic with "inauthentic Asian" at Smallwares.
