Jan 19th, 2022Damn, this is like drinking mottled late afternoon honey-tinted sunlight while looking out over the ocean. Peaches, starfruit, almond, saline, grapefruit zest.

Sep 27th, 2021So good! You can taste the sunshine. Nose is rustic but pleasant with orange blossom, probably some skin contact, ripe saline fruit. On the palate it’s mineral, not at all cooked and with fresh, high acidity. Wow!

Aug 27th, 2021Lovely stuff—just enough skin contact to keep things interesting without going full orange. 90% grillo, this has great texture, acid, & palate. Only really lacking aromatics. Peach, lime zest, saline for days, bright acid. Fabulous.
