A bit plump around the edges. Good complexity but also somehow heavy

Damn, this is like drinking mottled late afternoon honey-tinted sunlight while looking out over the ocean. Peaches, starfruit, almond, saline, grapefruit zest.

Sicilian. Love the weight and viscosity.

Nice. Not overly complex, but great texture and nice acids.

So good! You can taste the sunshine. Nose is rustic but pleasant with orange blossom, probably some skin contact, ripe saline fruit. On the palate it’s mineral, not at all cooked and with fresh, high acidity. Wow!

Lovely stuff—just enough skin contact to keep things interesting without going full orange. 90% grillo, this has great texture, acid, & palate. Only really lacking aromatics. Peach, lime zest, saline for days, bright acid. Fabulous.

Quarantine Day 2: Smells kind of like pear and lime with some cool grassy notes. Bright and acidic on the pallet with a wild Frosted Flakes kind of cereal finish
