Raspberries, new leather, tart black cherry, rose petal, unripe plum, tar, fresh earth, iodine, cured meat, fresh fennel. Light, tart, and juicy but with some surprisingly firm tannins.

Dry, earthy wine. Also tart.

I’m really digging this unique blend of Malbo Gentile, Lambrusco, and Marzemino. Lots of earth. Plums. A bit of spice. Even some bacon fat.

HELLOOOOO acidity with surprisingly nuanced structure. Raspberry, wild blackberry, charcuterie, leather; walking in a deciduous forest vibes; cool climate, small town vibes; just all around delicious and great value.

Sipping and listening at Katies with Sarah. Goes well with activism, dogs and cheese. Dry spicy and delicious.

Yeasty

Tar and raspberry nose, very tannic yet fruity and some residual acid.

やや還元気味。
ザクロ的なニュアンスの果実味。フレッシュで割と力強く、タンニンもある。
強さのあるワインを求める人にはウケるかも。
