Lovely deep regal velvet colour. Nose of sour cherry and salted plum (as bought from the Chinese corner store on French Street, Townsville in 1988). Sour but not too acidic on the palate, smouldering bbq wood on the long finish. Punchy and particular.

Blueberry/cherry, lightly funky but in balance, medium body but decent acidity. Great natural plonk!
