Deep purple tempts the eyes. A soft floral bouquet of roses is backed by an earthy mushroom nose. There’s almost a soft carbonation, a dancing feeling on the tongue. Grippy tannins and acid reveal white pepper, clove and a lingering wildflower finish. Really pretty. Would be interested in letting this age for another 5 years and giving it a go again.

いかにもアリアニコらしいジャミーな果実味とスパイス感。タンニンも甘い。酸はそれほどないが、みずみずしさというか、緩さもあって飲み疲れない。
スパイスと甘さから、ミンチ肉のドライカレーとも抜群の相性だった。
個人的には良いバランスだと思うけど、濃いのが好きな人には、物足らないだろうし、難しいな。

I found this bottle delicious. Did not know the varietal and terroir very well, and of course I picked a natural wine to get started. I found it beautiful, frank, feminine, vibrant and sensual, surprisingly fruity with red fruits nose and floral aromas. After three years in the cellar, the tannins are firm but quite integrated, the fruit ripeness and the acidity are perfectly balanced. I'll go for a deep dive with this producer !
