Classic Dolcetto, fruity but full of tannins.

I’m a huge fan of this. It’s exactly what a domestically-grown/made Italian varietal should be.

The meat of black olives, minus the salinity. Still very young and grippy with tannins. Such a beauty - hope we can hold off opening our other bottle and see where it goes in a few years.

Tannic and dry up front followed by a juicy succulent finish that's just a touch too sweet. Food friendly, easy drinking style, but not a timid wine.

Very nice quaff. Low alcohol, good acidity, bright red fruit, tannins grip on the finish.

Bright acid, red fruit, mineral underbelly. Pizza and pasta wine fo' shizzle.
