Suggested while dining at Barchetta, NYC. 2 acre lot in Italy, multiple varietals, sommelier worked there, thus the access. Nose was funky without overpowering the fruit. Went well with our whole roasted Black Sea bass and grilled octopus but would have also worked with venison or lamb chops. Was told the price was "two digits" but I have yet to see the bill.
