Then it shows orchard fruit and mineral tones. crisp acid and a creamy texture, allow this to pair well with ricotta cheese pasta. Day 2 with a zucchini / tomato sauce / Middle Eastern dish, was also successful. This can take a lot more time in bottle, if you like aged whites.
