1 person found it helpfulSep 4th, 2018Merry Christmas to us! This is lovely. Thanks to @JasonOliver for heads up on 4 hours of decant. I tried each hour and it was a very cool evolution. From closed, tight, and tannic, to elegant blackberry currant and tannic. Well balanced, lots of tannins. Will be good for a long time.

Serious Cab from Kirk Venge- sticky sweet stewed fruit envelops the tongue and finishes with spice and kirsch. Great with dinner but will continue to wow with post-dinner crownies. More please!
Update: so....we weren't planning on finishing the bottle but we did. ;)
