We had the 2021 Vintage on 7/1-2/22. This is a real good, medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc. There is a nice minerality and mouth feel. A bright, lively, refreshing wine. Scents and tastes of grapefruit, and Meyer lemon.

This is the only white wine made by Quintessa, so the level of precision is undeniably impressive. A unique Sauvignon Blanc blend (50% Sauv Blanc Musqué/33% Sauv Blanc/17% Semillon) sourced from a specific terroir split of 60% Napa county & 40% Sonoma county. Super aromatic, amazing texture, bold and savory all the way. Perhaps, one of the most complex Sauv. Blanc tasted in recent times from this terroir. Quintessa utilized additional to its French oak barrels for fermentation, the French concrete egg-shape vat fermenters for this wine, which provides richness to the palate while keeping the must (juice) aromas. Limited quantities only.
