Floral notes, slight petrol. Dry, mid acidity, smooth texture. Felt some possibility to pass its peak at this term.

Clear, pale yellow; gentle nose of florals, sweet white fruit and citrus. The 2012 Schöelhammer is nicely layered with honey, lemon and minerals but not as powerful as other vintages. Very good and great with food.

The 2010 Schoelhammer is a beautiful golden color with lots of florals and candied fruit on the nose. The plate has grapefruit, honey, layers of tree fruit and some nice minerality and acidity to balance it. Excellent.

What a great wine. A little thinner than what I remember from previous bottles but full of ripe fruit backed by just enough acid. Great alongside foie gras and Lyonnaise salad one night and a Thai curry the next
